Effective from August 16, 2026
1. Application & Interview — Submission of the membership form constitutes an application only and does not guarantee selection. Shortlisted applicants may be required to appear for an interview or assessment as part of the membership selection process.
2. Selection — Membership shall be offered only to applicants who successfully complete the prescribed selection process and are formally selected by PJ&RI. The decision regarding selection shall be made in accordance with the organization's applicable procedures.
3. Membership Fee — A membership fee of PKR 1,200 shall be payable only after the applicant has been selected for membership. No membership fee is required at the application or interview stage.
4. Confirmation of Membership — Selection alone does not constitute final activation of membership. Membership shall be confirmed upon completion of the required fee payment and any other prescribed membership formalities within the specified period.
5. Accuracy of Information — The applicant must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Any false, misleading, forged, or materially incomplete information may result in rejection, cancellation, suspension, or termination of membership.
6. Membership Period — Membership shall remain valid for the prescribed membership period communicated by PJ&RI and shall be subject to continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable organizational policies.
7. Code of Conduct — Members are required to maintain professional, respectful, ethical, and responsible conduct. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, defamation, misrepresentation, misconduct, or conduct that may adversely affect the reputation or interests of PJ&RI may result in disciplinary action.
8. Use of PJ&RI Name and Identity — Members shall not represent themselves as authorized representatives, spokespersons, officers, employees, legal representatives, or official representatives of PJ&RI unless expressly authorized. The organization's name, logo, documents, certificates, and other official materials shall not be used for unauthorized purposes.
9. Participation in Activities — Membership may provide opportunities to participate in PJ&RI's programs, campaigns, research, training sessions, awareness activities, and other initiatives, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, availability, and program-specific terms. Membership does not guarantee participation in any particular activity.
10. No Employment Relationship — Membership does not create an employment, partnership, agency, consultancy, or other employment relationship between the member and PJ&RI.
11. Confidentiality — Members shall maintain the confidentiality of non-public organizational information, internal communications, documents, personal information, and other confidential material obtained through their membership or participation in organizational activities.
12. Intellectual Property — Organizational materials, publications, research, training resources, designs, documents, and other intellectual property belonging to PJ&RI shall not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.
13. Disciplinary Action — PJ&RI may issue a warning, restrict participation, suspend membership, or terminate membership where a member violates these Terms & Conditions, organizational policies, or applicable standards of conduct.
14. Termination or Suspension — PJ&RI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership on reasonable grounds, including misconduct, submission of false information, unauthorized use of the organization's identity or resources, violation of confidentiality, or breach of applicable policies.
15. Membership Fee & Refunds — The PKR 1,200 membership fee becomes payable only after selection. Once membership has been activated, the fee shall generally be non-refundable, except where PJ&RI expressly determines otherwise under its applicable policies.
16. Privacy & Personal Information — Information submitted through the membership form may be collected, stored, and processed for application assessment, interviews, membership administration, verification, communication, organizational records, and related legitimate purposes, subject to applicable law and PJ&RI's privacy practices.
17. Communication — Applicants and members are responsible for providing accurate contact information and regularly checking official PJ&RI communication channels for interview schedules, selection decisions, payment deadlines, membership updates, and other official notices.
18. No Guarantee of Specific Benefits — Membership does not guarantee employment, financial benefit, internship placement, fellowship selection, leadership appointment, recommendation, certificate, or admission to any particular PJ&RI program or opportunity.
19. Amendment of Terms — PJ&RI reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions, membership procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, and organizational policies where necessary. Members may be notified of material changes through official communication channels.
